I wasn't sure if the show was on the air at any time, it really seemed like a direct to home video thing. If anyone knows, I'd like to know the origin of this yellow dvd, and possibly the other I mentioned that might exist.
Possibly late 90s, but just watching it gave me a "Crashbox" vibe. They had a doll on the set, or possibly digitally imposed over a desert island backdrop, and I guess they had little hydraulics in the doll that shot off the top of her head? Also, I might've had a few of these yellow DVDs, meaning this pirate show might not have been on the one with these other shows I mentioned, but these are the ones I easiest remember, so maybe they were all the ones I saw the most recently, meaning they're on the same disk? I don't know. and her head pops off or something? This woman was, I think, some sort of stop motion. I can't remember any specific episode, except for one where a large woman is standing in the ocean I think? And she says "I'm going to flip my lid!" Me and my brother used to quote that a lot. Didn't seem to have a very high budget, rather obscure, seeing as I can't find it anywhere. I seem to vaguely remember a ship and a deserted island, which would make sense for the setting, but I'm not sure. I can't remember if it had a specific setting or anything. A boy pirate, a girl pirate and a mouse, who's gender I couldn't identify. Just wearing a brown mouse costume under his pirate outfit. It had three pirate protagonists, not sure if they were adults or teenagers or kids, and they wore pirate costumes, but one of them was in a mouse costume.

One was a poorly animated cartoon about a cow that I don't mind forgetting. One I remember very well, Henry's World, it's about a kid who eats carrots. I remember having this weird yellow DVD with black lettering that I got in the early 2010s, and it had a few shows on it.
